Measuring Cylinders
Graduated glassware is the foundation for accurate quantitative analysis and the preparation of solutions with known concentrations. Our range covers metrologically verified (certified) graduated glassware in Class A or B: including graduated cylinders (for volume measurement), volumetric flasks (for preparing precise concentrations), and burettes. Do you need a graduated cylinder with a plastic or glass base or a high-precision volumetric flask with a ground-in stopper for standard preparation? Find calibrated glassware for your analytical measurements here.
Volumetric glassware is calibrated for precise liquid volume measurement. It is the cornerstone of analytical chemistry and the preparation of volumetric solutions.
Accuracy and Calibration
- Class A / AS: Highest precision class with certificates, intended for accredited laboratory workflows.
- In / Ex Calibration: Volumetric flasks and cylinders are calibrated "To Contain" (In), while burettes are calibrated "To Deliver" (Ex).
- Note: Volumetric glassware must never be heated, as high temperatures permanently ruin the calibration accuracy.
