Transilluminators
Transilluminators are key instruments for visualizing and documenting nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) and proteins after electrophoresis using fluorescent dyes. We offer classic UV transilluminators for high sensitivity (e.g., with Ethidium Bromide), as well as modern, safe blue LED transilluminators that do not damage DNA and are ideal for "safe" dyes like SYBR Green. Do you need to excise fragments for cloning or a safe device for routine PCR product checks without UV risk? Find a long-lasting system for gel documentation here.

Technology Selection
- Blue LED (470 nm): A safe alternative to UV. Does not damage DNA (ideal for cloning) and requires no protective shields.
- UV Transilluminators: The gold standard for Ethidium Bromide with high sensitivity.
- Compatibility: Optimized for "safe" dyes such as SYBR® Green or GelGreen™.
