Payment terms

(1) Payment for the goods is made by transfer based on a tax document with a maturity of 14 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed. By mutual agreement, the goods can also be paid for on delivery; payment in cash is not possible. The Supplier reserves the right, in justified cases, to demand payment of the entire agreed price or part of it in advance on an advance invoice (e.g. if it is a special product or a new customer).

(2) Ownership rights to the goods are transferred to the Buyer by crediting the entire invoiced amount relating to the order to the Seller's account.

(3) Liability for damage to the goods is transferred to the Buyer upon handover and acceptance of the goods.

(4) The risk of damage to the goods during transport is transferred to the Buyer upon handover of the goods to the Buyer or the carrier. Transport insurance for goods is not included in the price of the goods.
