Fragment Libraries
Fragment-Based Drug Discovery (FBDD) has emerged in the last decade as a successful alternative approach to traditional lead identification via high-throughput screening (HTS). Unlike HTS, FBDD identifies smaller compounds ("fragments") that bind to various parts of a biological target. FBDD has played a role in the discovery of several approved drugs and dozens more currently in clinical development. In response to this trend, TargetMol has designed its specialized Fragment Libraries here.
