ELISPOT Kits
The ELISPOT Kit is based on the principle of the ELISA sandwich method, combined with cell culture technology. It uses pre-coated capture antibodies to capture cytokines secreted by cells, and the enzyme-labeled secondary antibody produces color spots, allowing for functional detection at the single-cell level. ELISPOT offers ultra-high sensitivity (capable of detecting active cells as rare as one in a million), single-cell resolution, visualization, and is easy and efficient to operate.
